Application Advice:
Apply in thin even coats and allow adequate dry time in between coats.

Our 100% Hemp Seed Oil is perfect for restoring old, dry wood. You will be amazed at what Hemp Oil can do! You can also seal Chalk Synthesis Paint with Hemp Oil for an ultra-soft, buttery feel. Avoid use over white Chalk Synthesis Paint; Hemp Oil has a slight amber color that may slightly darken whites. Apply with a brush, let it soak in for about 30 minutes, then wipe away the excess with a lint-free cloth.

Glaze

Bring out the details of your piece with our glaze, perfect for any project!

Tips:

Apply the glaze to your project after your final coat of paint has dried completely and you have applied either one coat of our Varnish or One Hour Enamel Clear (allow paint to dry 24 hours before applying the top coat). For best results, lightly sand your painted piece, brush on glaze in sections and then use a damp lint-free cloth to remove the excess. Allow glaze to fully dry for 2 hours. Glaze produces a strong finish, but to fully protect it our Varnish or One Hour Enamel Clear may be applied over the glaze. Wearing gloves can prevent temporary staining.

When mixed to the desired consistency, Saltwash® can be applied to almost any surface that takes paint.
